Weekend Events
From time to time we have events and trips for international students in addition to our usual weekly activities. These include trips to local places of interest, walks, opportunities to get involved in events happening in and around Norwich, and opportunities to visit the home of an English family. Occasionally we also arrange a residential trip away for a few days to another British city.
This page has details of upcoming trips and events that you might be interetsted in. Some of these will have a small charge, depending on the activity. If you’d like to come on any of these trips, it is helpful if you let us know in advance so that we can make sure we have enough transport arranged! Saturday 18 May 2013 – Sheringham Park
Visit Sheringham Park and see the beautiful Rhododendron trees. Fish & chips afterwards by the beach.
Meet at UEA Security Lodge at 1.30pm. £3 plus £ for fish & chips.
Saturday 15 June 2013 – Vicar’s Tea Party
Come and have a BBQ in a Vicar’s garden. To be held in St Andrew’s Church vicarage garden.
Meet at UEA Security Lodge at 2pm. £Free.
